What to know before you order
ID Required
Valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 21 or older. Checked at the door, every time.
Discreet Packaging
All deliveries arrive in unmarked, sealed packaging. No branding visible from the outside.
Same-Day Cutoff
Orders placed before 5PM qualify for same-day evening delivery. After 5PM, next-day delivery.
Order Minimums
Zone A: $35 minimum. Zone B: $70 minimum. No delivery fee for orders above these thresholds.
No Tipping Required
Tips are appreciated but never expected. Our drivers are paid fairly.

Delivery FAQ
Common delivery questions
What's the delivery fee?
No delivery fee for orders meeting the zone minimum ($35 for Zone A, $70 for Zone B).
Can I order delivery if I'm not home?
No. Someone 21+ with valid ID must be present to receive the delivery. We cannot leave packages unattended.
What if my area isn't listed?
We're expanding our delivery zones regularly. Call (347) 448-6268 to check if your address qualifies.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a text message when your driver leaves our store with an estimated arrival time.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?
We don't offer timed delivery slots yet. Same-day orders are delivered in the evening between 6-10PM.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Call us immediately at (347) 448-6268. We'll make it right. Opened products cannot be returned per state law.
Prefer to shop in person?
Walk into our Jackson Heights location anytime between 10AM-10PM. 75-20 Roosevelt Ave, right off the 7 train.
Cannabis delivery is available only to adults 21 and older with valid government-issued ID. Purple Buds Dispensary is licensed by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM-RETL-25-000449). Delivery availability subject to change.
