- Do points expire?
- Points expire 12 months after your last qualifying purchase. As long as you visit at least once a year, you never lose progress.
- Can I enroll online?
- Enrollment is in-store only for now — New York OCM rules require age verification at sign-up. We're at 75-20 Roosevelt Ave, Jackson Heights.
- Do pickup orders earn points?
- Yes — same points-per-dollar rate as any walk-in visit. Mention your phone number at checkout when you grab your reserved order.
- Can I combine rewards with deals?
- You can stack loyalty discounts with weekly deals on most categories. A few limited-time drops are rewards-only — your budtender will flag it at checkout.
