1. Age Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase, possess, or consume cannabis products. A valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, state ID, or military ID) is required. Providing false age information is illegal.

2. Product Disclaimers

Cannabis products sold by Purple Buds are intended for adult use by individuals 21 and older. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Cannabis may impair concentration, judgment, coordination, and reaction time. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after cannabis use. Cannabis affects individuals differently. If using cannabis for medical purposes, consult a licensed healthcare provider.

3. Product Quality and Testing

All products sold by Purple Buds are tested and comply with New York State cannabis regulations. Each product includes testing results showing cannabinoid profiles, terpene composition, contaminant screening, and potency verification.

4. Purchase Terms

Products are sold as-is. Opened products cannot be returned. Unopened products with defects may be exchanged at our discretion. All sales are cash or card. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

All prices include applicable New York excise tax (13%) and local sales tax.

5. Responsible Use

Start with small amounts if new to cannabis. Do not consume cannabis in public spaces where prohibited. Do not provide cannabis to anyone under 21. Keep cannabis products secure and out of reach of children and pets.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purple Buds Dispensary is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from product use, adverse reactions, loss or damage to personal property, or interruption of service.

7. Compliance with Laws

You agree to use cannabis products only in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Cannabis remains illegal under federal law. While legal under New York State law, federal law may apply in certain circumstances.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: use cannabis before driving or operating machinery, provide cannabis to anyone under 21, use cannabis in prohibited public spaces, resell or distribute cannabis products, or transport cannabis across state lines.

9. Dispute Resolution

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
