Browse & Ask
5-15 minutesLook at products, ask questions, smell flower samples, read labels. Take your time. No one will rush you.
Choose & Pay
2-3 minutesSelect your products, pay with cash or card, and you're done. Your budtender will explain storage and dosing.

How to pick your first product
Don't start by reading labels. Start by telling your budtender how you want to feel. Relaxed? Energetic? Sleepy? Social? That's the most useful starting point.
From there, they'll narrow it down to a product type (flower, edible, vape, etc.) and recommend specific options within your budget.
The golden rule for beginners: start low, go slow. You can always take more. You can't take less. This applies to every product type.

Beginner-Friendly Products
Our recommendations for first-timers
Flower
Start with a strain around 15-18% THC. Ask for a hybrid. An eighth (3.5g) runs $35-50 and lasts most beginners 1-2 weeks.
Edibles
Start with 2.5-5mg THC gummies. Wait at least 2 hours before taking more. Effects last 4-8 hours. This is the #1 beginner mistake: taking more too soon.
Pre-Rolls
A single pre-roll is the easiest way to try flower. Take 1-2 puffs, wait 10 minutes, then decide if you want more.
Vapes
A disposable vape pen is discreet and easy. Start with 1-2 small puffs. Effects hit within minutes. Choose a lower-THC option.
Tinctures
Place drops under your tongue. Start with 2.5-5mg THC. Effects begin in 15-30 minutes. Great for precise dosing without smoking.
