Common questions about online orders.

Do I need an account to reserve a pickup order?

No. You can check out as a guest for in-store pickup. Creating an account lets you save favorites and speed up reorders.

How long does pickup take?

Most pickup orders are ready in 30-60 minutes from the time we accept the reservation. You'll get a text when it's ready. Show your 21+ ID at the register.

Where do I pick up my order?

All orders are picked up in-store at 75-20 Roosevelt Ave, Jackson Heights. We're right off the 7 train at the 74th St-Broadway station. Walk-in customers are always welcome too.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Federal rules still restrict cannabis credit-card processing. We accept cash and debit cards in-store, and debit at checkout for online reservations. An ATM is available on-site at 75-20 Roosevelt Ave.

What if a product is out of stock after I reserve it?

If something sells out between your reservation and pickup, our team will text you to offer a substitute or remove that item. You're never charged for anything we can't provide.

Can I order online for in-store pickup?

Yes. Reserve any item on the live Dutchie menu above and pick it up at 75-20 Roosevelt Ave once you receive the ready text — usually within 30–60 minutes during open hours.

Is the menu live inventory?

Yes. The menu reflects what is physically on our shelves right now. If a product appears, it is in stock; if it disappears, it has sold out and we will text you about a substitute if you already reserved it.

Do you deliver?

No. Purple Buds is currently pickup-only — in-store walk-in or online reserve-for-pickup at 75-20 Roosevelt Ave in Jackson Heights.

What payment do you accept?

We accept cash and debit cards in-store and at online checkout. Federal banking rules still prohibit credit-card processing for cannabis, and an ATM is available inside the store.
